I just completed the dreaded Quarter-End Valuation process at work - fellow actuaries can feel my pain. I've been doing my MORSELs, but haven't had time to share. I'll to my best to share more consistently in the coming weeks. Below are the activities I completed today!
MEDITATE

OIL
My nails needed some love so I did an at-home-mani. Not perfect, but it'll do!!! If you're new to doing your own nails, here's a step by step tutorial from Glamour.com.

Today I re-read a lot of old cards I had received from family, friends, coworkers, professors etc. over the years. It allowed me to complete my reading task while doing a great job of making me feeling less alone!

I tried this no-equipment Cardio and HIIT workout today. A good physical challenge!
